This is our medium speaker, capable of medium-loud volumes. The Partybox has deeper bass frequencies and overall better audio quality than the small speaker.

Connect to our charged Bluetooth speaker with any Bluetooth compatible device. These small speakers put out a soft to moderate volume level.

Video projector

Your rental comes equipped with a NEC NP-PA903x bulb projector, along with HDMI cable for laptop connection, and power cable. This can be aimed at the walls for visual effects. A movie screen is available as a separate rental.

Movie Screen

Your rental comes equipped with a movie screen hung from the ceiling. The dimensions of the screen are 22' wide by 12.5' tall, with a 25' diagonal. Movie screen is likely paired with the video projector, available as a separate rental.

Tablet to control our Phillips Hue bulbs

Each of our spaces is equipped with Phillips Hue bulbs, which can be modified to any color or warm or cool white light, along with a range of brightness levels. You’ll be provided with a tablet which easily controls all the bulb settings in your rented space.

Nanlite tube lites

Set of four RGB LED Nanlites and stands - brand is PavoTube T8-7X. These lights can be set to a number of colors and shades of cold and white light, as well as five levels of brightness. Their maximum brightness is moderate. Each light outputs 117 lumens.

Chairs and tables

If the renter needs more than 10 chairs and / or more than 3 tables, the property's custodian will bring them in from the church upstairs. A maximum of 50 chairs and 8 tables are available.

PRODUCTION

Fog machine (1500W)

One large 1500W fog machine, the Fog Fury 3000, filled with fog liquid. Renter is permitted to use all of the fog liquid in the machine. Great for creating large clouds and for quickly filling the Gymnasium with fog.

Fog machine (1100W)

One medium 1100W fog machine, the Fog Fury 2000, filled with fog liquid. Renter is permitted to use all of the fog liquid in the machine.

Fog machine (450W)

One small 450W fog machine filled with fog liquid. Renter is permitted to use all of the fog liquid in the machine.

Ladder

A ladder that reaches up to our 13.5 foot ceiling in the gym. We have a shorter ladder available that is suitable for the Classroom and Locker Room spaces

Cooler - 100 Quart

To keep your drinks cold and your food fresh, rent a 100 quart wheeled cooler. It doesn't come with ice, but we have a deli located across the street from us.
